Cinderella Brings Panto Magic to Bradley Stoke this Weekend

Tuesday, December 6th, 2011

Cinderella, Prince Charming and Buttons may not be your typical gym goers, however, at Bradley Stoke Leisure Centre this weekend you can catch them in action in a spectacular pantomime production.

Circadian Trust, the social enterprise that runs Bradley Stoke Leisure Centre, has recruited one of the region’s top touring panto companies Wonder Productions, to put on family favourite Cinderella as part of their festive programme.

In their first appearance at the centre, Wonder Productions will have their premiere on December 11.  Dean Barney, area manager for the leisure centre said: “The pantomime is one of the highlights of our calendar and everyone, young and old, really enjoys the fun and enters into the spirit of Christmas. The leisure centre here is right at the heart of the community and, whilst some may think it a rather unusual place for a pantomime, the atmosphere is always brilliant and we have a great time.

“We believe this year will be particularly special as Wonder Productions are absolutely fantastic – having been in business for nearly a decade – and know how to put on a fantastic show.”

Dean Winter, writer and director at Wonder Productions, said: “We are really looking forward to bringing this family favourite to Bradley Stoke this year.  Some of our players have been performing since a very young age and their love of drama and panto shines through in every performance. ”

Tickets for Cinderella cost £8 for adults, £5 for children and family tickets (two adults
and two children)  cost £25. For more information or to book your tickets, call 0303 330 300
